Our specialism is neuroscience-based leadership and management development, change management and wellbeing programmes which include training, coaching and mentoring.

We operate an associate consultant model in order to give our clients excellent value for money.

We take great care in sourcing our associate consultants. All our associates have expertise and proven track records in delivering significant improvements in other organisations and delivering services that meet and exceed clients’ expectations.

We believe that external expertise can bring new skills and abilities to our clients. We want to help create high performance organisations with strong leadership and an organisational culture focussed of continuous improvement. We have developed a number of highly effective, modular-based training programmes, such as Masterclasses in Leadership and Business Administration (MLBA™), Leading Change with the Brain in Mind™ Programme, Breakthrough Skills Programme™ and Workplace Wellness Programme that we can deliver on our clients’ sites for groups of up to 15 participants.

We also use our own Blue Ocean Coaching® model – a unique blend of traditional coaching approaches and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to enhance leadership capability and to increase the personal effectiveness of our clients. Our aim is to help our clients reach their goals.

We work collaboratively with our clients and do not impose solutions. We work hard to understand our client organisations, the challenges they face and their agenda for change before formulating creative solutions and implementation plans in partnership with them.

We help our clients build their own leadership and management capability to continue driving improvements long after we have gone.

Zoryna O’Donnell is the Founder and Director of L&M Plus Consulting Ltd.
With an MBA from prestigious Warwick Business School and over 30 years of experience in leadership, senior management and consultancy roles in the public, voluntary and private sectors in different countries, you can be assured of excellent professional support that will deliver transformational change and enable you to improve your business effectiveness, drive efficiency savings, cost reductions and general performance improvement.
