We have developed a highly effective, modular-based training programme – Masterclasses in Leadership and Business Administration (MLBA™) that we can deliver on our clients’ sites for groups of up to 15 participants. We also use our own Blue Ocean Coaching® model – a unique blend of traditional coaching approaches and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to enhance leadership capability and to increase the personal effectiveness of our clients. Our aim is to help our clients reach their goals.
We work collaboratively with our clients and do not impose solutions. We work hard to understand our client organisations, the challenges they face and their agenda for change before formulating creative solutions and implementation plans in partnership with them.

Katie Marlow is a consultant with over 15 years’ experience in Public Relations and Communication. In that time she created and delivered communication strategies, managed press offices, run community engagement and consultation campaigns, organised and promoted events, managed and edited magazines. Katie worked with wide variety of businesses and organisations, including: new business start-ups, public sector, professional services, IT and mobile industry, health insurance and assistance sectors, community based health and social care, education, NGO, membership organisations, charities and retail.
Terry Lait is a consultant with a 30-year track record of delivering results in Business Management, SME Turnaround, Business Development, Change Management, Business Analysis, Sales Team Leadership, People Development, Performance Management and Project Management.
Terry is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and is currently working with directors and business leaders of a wide range of companies to maximise their revenue, profitability and long term growth prospects.
Tony Wright is a proven health and safety professional with over 25 years of experience in public and private sectors.
